Having a new layer of asphalt sealer applied every few years is vital to maintaining any asphalt surface. Water can then penetrate the surface and erode the soil base causing cracks and potholes to form.

We use only airport grade commercial asphalt sealer, not watered down cheap asphalt sealer, like most companies use. It is mixed with sand and latex additives and applied by a combination of spraying and brushing.
