  Having a new layer of asphalt sealer applied every few years is vital to maintaining any asphalt surface. New asphalt begins to dull and turn grey as the sun and weather and traffic deteriorate the asphalt tar binder in the asphalt. Water can then penetrate the surface and erode the soil base causing cracks and potholes to form. 

****To avoid the costly expense of having to completely repave a asphalt parking lot or driveway, having the existing cracks and potholes filled and then the entire surface sealcoated with a coal tar emulsion or an asphalt emulsion will completely seal the surface and protect the soil base from water damage. It also will bring that rich and jet black apperrience of new asphalt.****

  We use only airport grade commercial asphalt sealer, not watered down cheap asphalt sealer, like most companies use. It is mixed with sand and latex additives and applied by a combination of spraying and brushing.
